Cookie Cutters is a young business owned by sisters, Renee Cerasuolo & Paulette Marino.  After years of creating special cakes and delicious cookies for countless events as a hobby, these two sisters decided to make a business of it and bring their tasty treats to others.

Renee Cerasuolo is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a BS degree and has spent the last 12 years as a Procurement Manager for various global corporations.  She brings business savvy and culinary abilities to this dynamic team. Renee has been a baking enthusiast since childhood with her easy bake oven and was dubbed the “Cookie Lady” at the office. She recently completed a Pastry Boot Camp at the Culinary Institute of America. Cookie Cutters is the culmination of a dream!

Paulette Marino is a successful Interior Designer by trade and entrepreneur by spirit with her Scarsdale New York based business, Superior Surroundings.  She has been redesigning and beautifying homes all over Westchester County for the past 14 years. Paulette holds a BS degree from Drexel University and is mother to two young girls. Paulette’s passion lies in the arts and the details. She lends her special creative flair to food in this venture.
